tantrik) chief and former Member of Parliament from Madhepura, Pappu Yadav said during a press conference on Sunday.
On the question of leader of opposition in the state legislative assembly Tejashwi Yadav, he said that, “Tejashwi is not a leader. He will not sustain for long in politics because he has got everything in patrimony”.
Later, Pappu Yadav urged the state government to provide compensation to the farmers who have lost their crops due to hailstorm. He supported the demands of contractual teachers of equal pay for equal work and also asked questions from the government on TET candidates.
On the outbreak of coronavirus, Yadav said that people should not panic and infected persons should quarantine themselves. He asked state and central government to reduce defense budget and increase the budget of health and education. During the press conference, he also announced that his party will bear the cost of treatment of coronavirus positive patients.
